We are hosting our own interclub
Date – Sunday 05/02/2023

Age 7+ to adults

Time kids Age 7+ 9am Age 16+ 11am

Competitors £10 1 discipline/£15 2 disciplines/£20 all

All Spectators £5 each

This is a NON DECISION interclub, an event to train in a competition setting, referee, rules and ofcourse the crowd, light contact will be enforced fully through this event!!

MMA 3 x 2 minute rounds
K1/Thai 3 x 1.5 minutes (kids under 16 3 x 1 minute rounds)
Boxing 3 x 1.5 minute rounds
Specific rules discussed on the day.
